Routine Timers

We will be including/listing a few bare bones (no music) routine timers to help you during the Personal Training routines we’ve designed. These routine timers are in the MP3 format and and will only include start/stop reminders and countdowns. The space in between (in the file) is silent, so if you prefer working out to music, you’ll probably need to start your preferred tunes one the device/computer music player before you start the playback of the timer.
