The Dashboard is where you’ll find your daily training program. Use it to read your daily training reminder. These reminders have lots of great life, health, fitness and nutrition nuggets. The Dashboard is also the gateway to keeping track of your training progress. Obviously, that assumes that you want to keep track your health, fitness and training metrics! You can also contact your coach using our instant messaging service.
